Catawba Fish Camp

We arrived later in the evening and found it pretty quiet and empty. Megan was kind and efficient, and checked on us just often enough. She was quick with refills or anything else we needed. My mom enjoyed the sweet slaw, and I liked the simplicity of the hush puppies. Food was satisfying and we all left very full.

As simple as as straight forward as you could want. Pretty much everything is all you can eat. Plastic cups and plates.... simple in a great way

One of my top 5 places to eat EVER.The food is great. I haven't found anything on the menu that I don't love. Unlike other fish camps I have been to, everything doesn't taste like it was all fried together. The hush puppies and slaw (sour or sweet) make a great (and must-have) starter. AYCE items are served family style. Service is always great. Great atmosphere. Wait is almost always short which is unexpected considering the crowd that is always there. Just fantastic!
